Learn how to maintain one of the most failure-prone lift components.

Automatic lift doors are among the components most frequently affected by faults due to intensive use. For this reason, the course provides an in-depth analysis of preventive door maintenance, with a strong focus on optimising inspection procedures through a new methodology based on interactive learning using a 3D model.

The course offers a detailed study of the fundamental principles of lift doors, together with an introduction to their installation and the procedures involved in both preventive and corrective maintenance.

It also examines the key standards applicable to lift doors and the specific risk assessments required for preventive maintenance, repair, and modernisation activities. Finally, the course covers door modernisation solutions and rescue procedures applicable to different door types and models.
