Occupational Risk Prevention Training within a Broader Safety Framework

At Docensas, we understand occupational safety as a continuous process that goes beyond regulatory compliance or a one-off training activity. A strong safety culture is built on clear criteria, consistent decision-making, and training aligned with the operational reality of companies.

Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training forms part of this approach and acts as a key tool, especially in installation and maintenance sectors, where risks are present in daily operations. However, it is not the only one. For this reason, Docensas complements this training line with an advanced course in occupational safety for installation and maintenance companies, aimed at deepening risk management from a more technical and organisational perspective.

In addition, safety is integrated transversally across our management courses through specific modules addressing decision-making, work planning, supervision, and the responsibility of middle management and senior executives in matters of safety. This approach makes it possible to address safety at different levels within the company, fostering a shared and consistent vision among technicians, managers and senior leadership.

Occupational Risk Prevention Training Oriented to Real-World Work

Docensas’ Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training is designed for direct application in real-world work environments. The content is based on common day-to-day situations and recognisable examples for technical teams, with the aim of facilitating safe decision-making and improving risk management in the workplace.

In-Company Training Delivery

At Docensas, we deliver this training in an in-company format when there is a group of between 10 and 15 technicians (depending on the course). The training is delivered directly at the client’s premises, in accordance with the agreed dates and schedule. This format avoids the need for employees to travel to external training centres, facilitates the participation of the entire team, and reduces the organisational impact on the company’s daily operations.

Added Value

Optionally, and upon request after the mandatory training has been delivered, participants may access practical safety case studies developed from real-life incidents, available through the Docensas virtual campus. These cases enable participants to identify common risk situations and, through concrete examples, become familiar with the hazards they may encounter in their daily work activities.
