2025 has been an intense and highly productive year: consolidation, major launches, and decisions that are already shaping the course of 2026.
Here is a review of the most significant milestones and a preview of what is coming next year.
Compass Company Management Programme: The Birth of the Compass Method
In March, the 11th edition of the Compass Company Management Programme got underway. It was a special milestone for Docensas—not only because the management programme was the first in our history, but also because this edition marked the birth of the COMPASS Method.
With COMPASS, we moved beyond the traditional business school approach based on siloed departments and isolated disciplines. We embraced a model in which each module integrates all the elements that shape an organisation, offering a global, coherent, and deeply practical vision of management.
It is not just about learning Strategy, Finance, or People Management, but about understanding how to make all the pieces work together, aligned with the operational reality of companies and with the decisions executives truly make every day.
The level of commitment and the work carried out by the participants in this edition have fully matched the scale of this shift in approach.

Lift Engineer Apprentice Programme: Training Maintenance Technicians from Scratch
The Lift Installer Apprentice Programme (PAA) has undoubtedly been one of the major new developments of the year.
It is an intensive dual training programme, with a bootcamp-style approach, combining real in-company practice with online training delivered by Docensas. Throughout the entire process, we work in direct coordination with the company tutor, ensuring that the practical and theoretical components reinforce each other.
The programme is designed to prepare future maintenance technicians to obtain the official certification as lift maintenance technicians.
The first edition has allowed us to draw highly valuable conclusions, which we will incorporate into the 2026 edition.
2026 intakes:

Technological Update Programme for Maintenance: Making the Most of What Innovation Offers
This year, we have transformed our predictive maintenance course into the Technological Update Programme for Maintenance (PATMAN).
The objective is to help companies understand which technologies provide real value, which do not, and how to integrate them effectively into day-to-day maintenance operations.
In this edition, we once again relied on top-level faculty with international experience, enabling participants to build a solid mental framework in which technological developments gain practical meaning. The result is a clear improvement in professional judgement when distinguishing between genuine progress and false promises.
In 2026, we will continue to delve deeper into new technological advances, with a special focus on artificial intelligence applied to companies’ daily operations.
2026 intake:

Industrial Foresight Observatory with AECAE
At Docensas, we firmly believe in collective learning across the sector. For this reason, we actively support industry associations, whether through coordination, sponsorship, or the creation of shared reflection forums.
We promote a culture of continuous training through the dissemination of knowledge within associations and active participation in forums, congresses, symposiums, in-person conferences, online technical meetings, and other sector gatherings.
On 6 February, together with AECAE, we organised a new edition of the Industrial Foresight Observatory, focused on productivity, collaboration, and the real challenges facing the sector.
Next edition:
- 18 February 2026, Seville
ORP: Training to Work More Safely, Not Just to Obtain Certification
In 2025, we began delivering training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).
Until now, we had not offered certified ORP training—not due to a lack of conviction, but because the traditional approach—rigid and not very practical—did not align with our standards. For us, training only makes sense if it generates real impact in the workplace.
This year, we have demonstrated that it is possible to deliver ORP training that meets all legal and certification requirements without renouncing what defines us: personalisation, dynamism, and quality.
Companies that have entrusted Docensas with their mandatory ORP training understand that prevention training is not a mere formality, but an opportunity to focus on what matters most: the safety and well-being of people.

Compass Operations Supervisor Programme
In 2025, we held the eighth edition of the Compass Operations Supervisor Programme (PCS).
A programme designed to equip supervisors with the tools they need to successfully assume their responsibilities, foster their professional development, and enhance their performance.
The Compass Operations Supervisor Programme continues to consolidate its position as a space where supervisors acquire practical tools to manage teams and handle real day-to-day situations.
With an NPS of 100%, it has been one of the highest-rated programmes of the year. This edition was particularly marked by the incorporation of the COMPASS Method, the outstanding level of the 11 participants—from companies across the country—and the strong network of knowledge and experience generated among them.
This year, we introduced important new features, including at least one voluntary in-person session aimed at strengthening the bonds being formed among supervisors.
2026 intake:

Lift Programme for Design Engineers
In the Lift Programme for Design Engineers, we continue working with design engineers and component manufacturers to reinforce a comprehensive vision of the lift.
In 2026, we will introduce significant new developments, raising the technical level of the programme and featuring some of the world’s leading experts in the different lift components.

Sales Programme for Installation and Maintenance
In the Sales Programme for Installation and Maintenance, we will maintain the high technical standard that enables sales professionals to acquire the skills and confidence needed to sell based on value and lead their client portfolio effectively.
Looking ahead to 2026, we will incorporate additional content on advanced sales techniques, negotiation, and the use of AI applied to sales.
2026 intake:
- 13 May
New Courses
Another major new development this year has been the Basic Electricity and Electronics Course, a project to which we have devoted special care.
We guide participants through a comprehensive journey covering the fundamentals of electricity and electronics, starting from scratch. In a context of high demand for qualified personnel and the need to retrain professionals from other sectors, this course has proven to be essential.
Feedback has been excellent, and we are particularly proud of the work accomplished.

New Office
This year, we moved to a new office. We continue working in a hybrid format, but the increase in projects and the growing complexity of challenges have led us to strengthen in-person collaboration on certain days of the week. Seeing each other more often, sharing space, and exchanging ideas has been key to turning new projects into reality in an agile and effective way.
